Newly built duplex-attic apartment with 20m2 terrace. We have looked for comfort and functionality for our
guests. The apartment has three large windows that provide natural light. On the upper floor, you can find the
bedroom with a queen size bed (1.50 x 1.90m), a bathroom with shower and a large terrace of more than 20
m2 for private use. On the lower floor, there is a living room and a kitchen with all the necessary equipment to
enjoy your stay. There is also a three-seat sofa convertible into a double bed.
Each floor has air conditioning and heating.
Our plasma TV has a built-in ChromEcast device, which will allow you to connect with all the existing
applications on the guest's mobile of the type: Netflix, Youtube, Spotify, HBO, etc.
There is parking in Alcazaba public car park, 200 meters from the apartment. Check availability and price.
It is located just 300 meters from the area of the Roman Theatre, the Alcazaba or the Picasso Museum.
Despite being very central, it is quiet and without traffic noise or bars / restaurants.

If the departure day you need to leave your luggage until the departure time of your flight or train, please ask for the luggage storage service.
